It’s perfect for a weekend or week long retreat. Can you give yourself that? Or how about a month long rest? You will be changed by the silence and the beauty here. And Mt. Shasta will whip you into shape spiritually! If you need to stop all your busyness and drop deep into yourself, Mt. Shasta will gladly oblige. The Sanctuary of the Heart is available to host your own intimate workshop gathering here for up to 8-10 people. There are 4 extra bedrooms and several spaces to teach in. Hold your ceremony inside by the fireplace, out on the lawn or on the mountaintop mound. The property is very private, situated in the forest with a creek rushing through it, and needs to be utilized by YOU. Let go of the story of who you have been and remember who you really are.  Big modern kitchen to cook in or be catered by.
